Shipping Policy

We pack and ship within 24 hours after you place your order. You should receive your items usually within 3-5 business days, if not sooner. To guarantee and ensure your prompt delivery, we use a VIP shipping service to track your shipments and your anticipated delivery times.

We use your email address to keep you informed. Our shipping service updates after 6:30pm Eastern daily. Please check your email for your tracking after 6:30pm Eastern, the day after you place your order. Thank you for your order, and please tell a friend.

Additional Notes

• We do not ship internationally.
• We do not ship to states that have banned THCA Hemp products, including: Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Nevada, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, and Vermont.
• Orders over $150 are considered high value and may require an adult signature.
• UPS now requires an adult signature (21+) on all shipments. If you place an order with UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air, there will be an adult signature required.
• No Saturday delivery for UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air, so orders shipped out on Friday would be delivered on Monday (Next Day Air) or Tuesday (2nd Day Air).
• Careful handling & discreet packaging — all online orders are packaged discreetly in the order they are received.

You will receive your tracking information via email after our shipping service updates at 6:30 PM Eastern Time, the business day after you place your order.
